Terms & Conditions

A slot is confirmed on payment of the 550 RON participation fee. The fee is fixed and non-refundable. One slot per person per event; slot transfers are valid only with the organizers' written approval. Participants must be 18 or older and present an original identity document at check-in. Registration closes when the field is full or on the posted deadline — whichever comes first.

Participants must follow the general regulations, the internal regulations, the vehicle regulations and the instructions of organizers and referees at all times. Cheating, unacknowledged hits, aggression or repeated infractions result in exclusion without refund. Alcohol, illegal substances, real weapons and pyrotechnics are prohibited.

Airsoft is a physically demanding outdoor activity. Participation is at your own risk. Certified eye protection must be worn at all times in the play area. Each participant is responsible for their own equipment, hydration and personal items. The organizers provide medical assistance on site but accept no liability for injury, equipment loss or personal belongings.

The organizers may postpone or cancel the event for weather, safety or force majeure. In such cases a full or partial refund or a credit is decided by the organizers. Personal cancellation after payment is non-refundable.
