Name, e-mail, phone, address, country, callsign and team — for registration and slot management. Identity document check and age confirmation — at check-in only. Tactical role, replica and sidearm details — for chronograph verification and safety. Vehicle details — for the vehicle regulations. Emergency contact — for on-site medical response only.

Registration, check-in and field safety. Correspondence about your slot and the event. Photo and video material from the event may be used by the organizers according to the consent you sign at check-in. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
